I am a new merchant. How can Power Pay Services help me to start growing?

Be aware of some processors out there who are offering merchant services which may appear to be similar to that of Power Pay Services. They may charge you high application and discount fees, offer leasing with no cancellation terms, or sign you up for services that you just don't need. I already have a merchant account. Why should I consider changing my merchant account to Power Pay Services?

What if I have less than perfect credit?

Do you offer a merchant gateway?
Yes, our Payment Gateway is VeriSign 128 bit Secure. After successful authorization of an order, Merchant-Accounts-Now.net gives you total control of the options that you can choose for the transaction.

 

The options available to you are:

• Pending
by default, the transaction is kept on 'Pending' mode, and remains so for twelve days, to enable you use any other option. If you fail to use any of the options, then the transaction is automatically deleted from the entire system.

• Shipped/Order Executed
If you select the 'Shipped/Order Executed' option, only then is the transaction is captured, your customer's credit card charged, and your account credited.

• Cancel
If, for some unforeseen reasons, you are unable to fulfill your customer's orders, you can utilize the 'Cancel' option and the entire transaction is cancelled.

• Partial Execution
Also, if you are able to execute the order partially only, only your desired partial amount will be charged to your customer's credit card and the balance will be cancelled. No cancellation fee, with regards to the cancelled amount, will be charged to you.

Do I need a business license?
No, you do not necessarily need to have a business license or trade name registration, but you do need to have a business that has been duly incorporated according to local applicable law.

 

What is the discount rate?
Every bank charges a discount rate. The discount rate is the percentage of each transaction that the processing company charges to handle the transaction for you, Our discount rates are exceptionally low for both retail (swiped) merchants and for mail order/telephone order and Internet merchants.

 

What is the Address Verification System?
If you sell mail order/telephone order, or through the Internet, you don't want to send a product to a false address and have a risk of receiving a chargeback. The Address Verification System (AVS) lets you enter the customer's home address and compares it to the address on file with their credit card company. If someone uses a stolen card, and wants products shipped to a false address, AVS will detect this for you.

 

Will I receive a statement?
Yes. You will receive a comprehensive merchant statement on a monthly basis. It will list all your bank deposits, credits, debits, and total sales volume. If you should have any questions about your statement we encourage you to call us on our toll free number at 1-800-393-3230 and a customer service representative will be more then happy to discuss it with you.

 

How will I get my money?
Your money will be deposited directly into your current business checking account. Funds are usually available within 2 business days (sometimes slightly longer if your business is considered high risk).

 

How do I apply?
Just fill out the free, no obligation, online Merchant Account Application. We will contact you within 24 hours (not including weekends and holidays) to discuss it with you. After we discuss your preliminary application, if you wish to proceed we will send you a simple to fill out, application package. Once the application has been completed and returned to us we will let you know the ultimate results within 48 hours

 

How long does the approval process take?
Once we receive all the paperwork you will be notified of the outcome in 48 hours. If you are approved, and this is very likely, we will quickly begin the startup process to get you up and running as quickly as possible.
